• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or free reschedule.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a partial refund (50%) or a one-time reschedule.

• In case of emergencies, please reach out — I aim to be understanding where possible.

• No-shows are non-refundable
